Corewell Health is the new name for Beaumont.

NOTE: Beaumont Health has multiple residency programs. The traditional PGY1 program based at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak is listed as ASHP program #43600 in the online ASHP Residency Directory. Please ensure you are applying to the desired program. 


Residency candidates must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited in the U.S. and must be eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan. Candidates must also register for the Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS) applicant number.

Interested candidates must submit the following materials via PhORCAS:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Letter of intent
  • Three letters of recommendation (letters from at least 2 clinical preceptors preferred)
  • Transcripts from College of Pharmacy
