Residency candidates must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy
accredited in the U.S. and must be eligible for licensure in the State
of Michigan. Candidates must also register for the Matching Program and
have a National Matching Services (NMS) applicant number.
Interested candidates must submit the following information via Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS):
- curriculum vitae
- letter of intent
- NMS match number
- three letters of recommendation
- transcripts from College of Pharmacy

All information must be received no later than January 4.
