Welcome to the Beaumont Farmington Hills Family Practice residency and thank you for visiting. Here at Beaumont Farmington Hills, we take a tremendous amount of pride in our ability to not only deliver extraordinary medical care, but also medical education. We have a long history as a highly regarded Osteopathic teaching hospital, training residents since the 1960s. Today we maintain a holistic approach to patient care and resident teaching grounded in osteopathy. We are proud to be part of the Beaumont Health system, which offers abundant educational opportunities to our residents.
You will find that our clinic has strong values in comradery, teamwork, and work/life balance. We believe it is important to build strong relationships and truly feel our residency functions as a family unit. As validation of our program’s core beliefs, we are honored that each one of our core faculty members are graduates of our program.
The moderate size of our residency enables daily collaboration, diversification of ideas, and personalized training. I am happy to say that Beaumont Farmington Hills Hospital promotes this same uniqueness. The hospital is large enough to host amazing specialists, but demonstrates the culture of a smaller community hospital. Our residency program maintains a highly collaborative relationship with our hospital specialists, which ensures excellent patient care in a team based approach. Our clinic is very busy with a broad range of patient ages, socioeconomic status, and pathology, which keeps our physicians engaged and enthusiastic.
