How to apply
- Applications for residency should be submitted through ERAS and will be reviewed starting on September 28, 2022. Our ERAS ID = 1102512065 (Beaumont Royal Oak EM)
- All interviews will be conducted virtually through the ZOOM platform.
- Interviews will be offered on a rolling basis with the first and largest wave of offers sent via Interview Broker in early/mid October.
- Beaumont EM will be participating in ERAS program signaling.
- Interview dates for the 2022-2023 application cycle will be as follows:
- October 31
- November 2, 7, 9, 14, 28
- December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19
- January 3, 4, 9
- Interviews will run approximately from 8 a.m -2 p.m. and will include the opportunity to interact with the Program Director, Associate Program Director, Chair, Faculty and Residents.
- We will welcome applicants back for an in-person second look on several dates TBD.
- We will allow interviewed applicants to shadow in the ED during the recruitment season to better inform their decisions and get a first hand look at the Department and residency training program.
2023 Interview Cycle
Our program will be collecting and reviewing data from applicants’ supplemental ERAS applications. Completion of the standard MyERAS application is a requirement; completion of the supplemental ERAS application is optional. The supplemental ERAS application will be delivered on a survey platform that is separate from the MyERAS application and must be completed between August 1 and September 16, 2022.
