This program requires the following of its applicants:

• completed ERAS application, including personal statement
• three ERAS-transmitted letters of recommendation (in addition to the Dean's letter)
  • a letter from the chairman of your school's Department of Anesthesiology is desirable, but not necessary
• a medical school transcript, usually submitted with the Dean's letter
• a transcript of your USMLE Step 1 and, if available, Step 2 scores

It is the responsibility of the candidate to assure completeness of his/her application, including letters of recommendation. Applications will be reviewed promptly and if screening criteria are met, an invitation will be extended to you and arrangements will be made for a personal interview. All successful applicants are required to make a personal visit and interview before final consideration of his/her application can be given. Interviews will be conducted between mid-November and late January.

• the time of your interview date will have no bearing on our final disposition regarding your application ranking
• receipt of your Dean's letter is not necessary for initial consideration of your application
• interviews are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • early application will minimize your chances of being wait-listed for an interview
