Applicants must be eligible to take the American Board of Pathology certifying examination or be certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology or a three-year residency in Anatomic Pathology alone from ACGME training obtained in the United States or Canada. Applicants must also hold a license or be eligible to practice medicine in the State of Michigan. You may use a standardized-pathology-fellowship-application. Please email the completed application to Dr. Polanco or Lynn Marie Van Renterghem. Our fellowship participates in the Unified Timeline.

In addition, three letters of recommendation, personal statement, copy of USMLE or COMLEX  1, 2 and 3 scores and CV are required. Inquiries should be addressed to:
