Beaumont, Farmington Hills continues a tradition of excellent didactic
educational opportunities in addition to an array of clinical exposures.
Residents attend:
- Weekly block lectures, presented by residents, fellows, and attendings.
- These will include board reviews, sub-specialty lectures, etc.
- Additional board review
- Monthly journal club
- Monthly morbidity and mortality conferences
To allow the resident to achieve their maximum potential, the resident is assigned a mentor from the attending staff, each of whom is charged with the task of meeting with the resident on a regular basis and overseeing their progress throughout their
three years.
