Application

The Faculty Scholars Program will accept no more than twelve Beaumont employed professionals.

The following are encouraged to apply: 

• physicians
• residents
  
• nurses
• social workers
• physical therapists
• Ph.D.s
• clinical staff
• administrative staff

Application requirements

Applications include submission of 5 documents:

• application cover sheet
• Curriculum Vitae, including current education role, responsibility and activities
• proposed project description (1 - 2 pages); describe a project of interest, with the specific expected product (the project will be developed over the course of the program with the assistance of a faculty member)
• statement of interest in integrative health care (1 - 2 pages)
• letter of approval or support from Dean, Department Chair or Division Chief indicating ability and availability to commit to the year-long program
