Orientation Instructions
Please review the orientation documentation below and ensure you are knowledgeable of this clinical placement information. If you are faculty, it is your responsibility to ensure your students are also knowledgeable of this information. As faculty, please be sure to contact the manager of your assigned unit/department for your clinical placement as soon as possible in order to arrange a date and time for your unit/department orientation.
Please make sure all required paperwork is turned into Cassandra Bowers prior to the start of your clinical experience. Absence of required paperwork will result in suspension of clinical and may result in cancellation of clinical.
