Administrative Fellowship Program at Beaumont

Royal Oak

Thank you for your interest in the Beaumont Administrative Fellowship. If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding experience in health care administration, I would encourage you to consider our program. Offering a unique educational experience in one of the nation’s largest academic medical centers, we strive to develop future health care leaders by providing first-hand exposure to all aspects of health care administration. The fellowship provides recent graduates with a wonderful opportunity to gain a better understanding of a complex health care organization in an open, learning environment.

Having completed an administrative fellowship myself, I understand the value of such programs in guiding your professional development. Throughout the duration of the program, fellows have direct access and interaction with the entire executive team. I am personally committed to mentoring you to ensure that you have access to the education and experiences necessary for successful careers.

Troy

Beaumont, Troy is now accepting applications for the Administrative Fellowship Program. We offer our fellow a dynamic experience in an acute care teaching hospital that has been consistently ranked among the nation’s Top 100 Hospitals.

Our entire administrative team is dedicated to and passionate about mentoring future health care leaders. While the provision of care is what drives us, we understand our job does not stop at the bedside. In order to meet evolving health care needs, it is critical to facilitate the professional growth of aspiring administrators.

The fellow will work with Troy and system leadership to gain exposure to all aspects of health care administration at the local and system levels. He or she will have opportunity to manage projects across all service lines and administrative units that are integral to the community’s health and our organization’s success. As the preceptor I am committed to ensuring the fellowship year is personalized, hands-on and professionally invaluable.  Beaumont prides itself on being a learning institution and it is our goal as leaders today, to mentor and develop our leaders of tomorrow.
