Conservative, Orthodox and Reform rabbi chaplains are available to provide spiritual and emotional care during your hospital stay.
Beaumont offers kosher meals for patients upon request. Individually wrapped kosher snacks are also available. For assistance, call Nutrition Services at 248â€‘898â€‘­9898 (or extension 89898 within the hospital) or ask your nurse.
Kosher sandwiches and snacks are available for purchase in the Mackinac Dining Room. Look for the kosher refrigerator near the cashiers.
Three kosher pantry cabinets sponsored by Detroit Ahavas Chesed Bikur Cholim are available at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. These cabinets contain grape juice, Kiddush cups, Havdalah kits, matzo, gefilte fish, snacks, and tallis, Siddur, Chumash and Tehillim.

A Sukkah is placed adjacent to the Mackinac Dining Room patio during the feast of Sukkot.
Jewish volunteers usually visit patients on Fridays and before Jewish holidays.
