Spiritual Care (Pastoral Care)

Spirituality and faith are an important part of health and recovery. Beaumont chaplains are professionally trained to provide spiritual and emotional care to patients and families who are dealing with a stressful situation. They can offer spiritual care, comfort and support.

Chaplains also can:

• Address your emotional and spiritual concerns to help relieve fear, anger, despair, guilt and a sense of loss and grief
• Counsel you on ethical issues
• Counsel you on end-of-life issues

A chapel is provided at all three primary Beaumont Hospital locations. All three are always open for those in need of meditation or prayer. Sabbath candles, Bibles, rosaries and communion are all available
upon request.
