Metabolic Fitness Program

Do you have metabolic syndrome, a condition that greatly increases your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes? You do if you have at least three of the following conditions:

  • high blood pressure
  • high triglycerides
  • high blood glucose
  • abdominal obesity
  • high LDL cholesterol

A 12-week Beaumont program can help you overcome metabolic syndrome through proper nutrition, exercise and weight loss. Program participants will learn lifestyle modification techniques to:

  • reduce stress-related eating and other factors through stress management strategies
  • improve their diet to increase metabolic factors and maintain long-term weight loss goals
  • identify emotional triggers for overeating and develop related coping skills
  • exercise, using a clinically supervised and custom built program

Classes include:

  • fitness testing
  • information on healthy living strategies, including Mediterranean meal plans
  • unlimited exercise, any day of the week in a clinically supervised and custom built program

The class is $300, which can be paid in monthly installments.
