ShorePointe Nursing Center, a Premier Health Care facility, provides the highest standard of geriatric services including post-acute hospital intervention, sub acute rehabilitation, insurance case management and long term care. ShorePointe Nursing Center has developed a living concept that provides residents with a continuum of care and gives family members peace of mind knowing that the needs of their loved ones are being met. Our accommodations are tastefully decorated in a traditional style providing residents with every comfort and convenience. A full social calendar is offered as well as fine dining in a beautiful atrium that overlooks splendidly manicured gardens to cater to residents' individual needs.
Nursing Center Services
- Physicians from the nationally renowned LMT Rehabilitation group work closely with our professional therapy staff to ensure maximum patient recovery
- Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language Rehabilitation services are available seven days a week
- Nursing and Rehabilitative care provided by Registered and Licensed Professional Nurses, Restorative Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants
- 24 hours per day Nursing and Rehabilitative care
- Medical care under the direction of Beaumont Hospital Board Certified Geriatricians
- Medication administration and management
- Assistance with daily living comforts
- Consulting dental, podiatry and optical services
- Intravenous and Enteral therapies
- Contract EKG, x-ray and Beaumont laboratory services
