The Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, circuit training machines and a free-weight area. Also included on most cardio machines is an entertainment system that includes live television/cable tv and music choices, as well as personal viewing screen systems with virtual active world training tours.Patrons must be 16 years or older to use the fitness center.
A variety of exercise and fitness classes are offered in this top-notch Fitness Studio. An annual membership includes a generous choice of fitness classes. This room features wood flooring, mirrors and a sound system.
The Aquatic Center includes something for everyone! The zero-depth pool features a children's area with a small slide and water sprays. There is also a separate area with lap lanes for swimming and water walking. Maximum pool depth is five feet. American Red Cross swim lessons, water aerobic classes and special events are offered throughout the year. The one-court gymnasium features a wood floor, six basketball hoops (which can be lowered to 8'), incourt standards to accommodate volleyball, pickleball and a batting cage. Check our quarterly gym schedule for specific recreation times.
