Mother Baby Units
After you deliver, it's a very special time to bond and adjust to your new baby.
In our mother-baby rooms, one nurse cares for both you and your baby. Your nurse can answer your questions, offer instructions on feeding and help you adjust to your new baby. Your nurse also can give you a demonstration on bathing your baby and other tasks.
And, once you are home, you can call an obstetrical nurse anytime those first few weeks and ask important questions. If you're a first-time mother, you will receive a follow-up call a couple of days after you return home.
