Customer Service is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing quality, timely and personalized service to clients as needed. The customer service team provides detailed support, assisting with a wide-range of technical questions and promptly notifies clients of assays that cannot be performed due to concerns about specimen integrity or insufficient volume for testing. The customer service staff is trained to manage extensive laboratory inquiries efficiently and with minimal delay. More than 84 percent of all calls are answered within 15 seconds.

Billing Office

The Billing Office provides all clients with complete, accurate and easy-to-understand billing statements generated upon the completion of each test. Itemized invoices include the date of service, patient name, CPT code, test name and testing charge.
