Elizabeth Crish
University of Pittsburgh

Dr. Crish grew up in Strongsville, Ohio and attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate and professional education. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. Her professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and teaching. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and serving as a crisis counselor.


Sarah Eisho
Wayne State University

Dr. Eisho grew up in Hazel Park, Michigan. She attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate degree. She continued her professional education at Wayne State University, where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. Her professional interest includes ambulatory care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends  


Shaina Kalasho
The University of Michigan

Dr. Kalasho is from Sterling Heights, MI. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Oakland University and then moved to the wonderful city of Ann Arbor to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan. Her professional interests include infectious diseases, internal medicine, and ambulatory care. Taking a break from work, Dr. Kalasho enjoys spending time with family and friends, binge watching television shows, reading, and yoga.


Amber Koepel
Ferris State University

Dr. Koepel grew up in Lake Linden, MI. She attended Ferris State University for both her undergraduate and professional education. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015. She worked as a Staff Clinical Pharmacist for almost a year here at Beaumont-Royal Oak before starting the non-traditional PGY1 residency program. Her professional interests include emergency medicine and critical care. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with friends and family, spending time outdoors, playing the piano, and singing.


Jaimini Patel
The University of Michigan

Dr. Patel grew up in Canton, MI and completed her pre-pharmacy and pharmacy education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her interests include pediatrics and critical care as well as teaching and leadership development. After residency, Jaimini would like to pursue a PGY-2 and ultimately obtain a specialist position at an academic medical center. In her free time Jaimini enjoys reading, cooking and traveling with family and friends.


Katie Stollar
Duquesne University

Dr. Stollar is from East Berlin, PA. She moved to Pittsburgh, PA, to complete her professional education at Duquesne University, earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2016. Her years as an intern were spent in local independent pharmacies which has led to her interest in ambulatory care and transitions of care. Outside of pharmacy, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, running, and being in the company of her family and friends.


James Thomas
The University of Michigan

Dr. Thomas grew up in Bellaire, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University as an undergrad and went on to earn a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of Michigan in 1991. He has worked at Beaumont Health since then in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. He is interested in learning more about all aspects of Pharmacy Practice. In his spare time he likes eating out with his wife and children, woodworking and playing chess.


Kirsten Wallskog
Purdue University

Dr. Wallskog grew up all over the Midwest and completed her undergraduate and professional education at Purdue University College of Pharmacy in May 2016. Her clinical interests include critical care, infectious diseases and emergency medicine. She is also interested in academia and precepting pharmacy students. In Kirsten’s free time, she enjoys hiking in Colorado near her parents’ house, cooking for family and friends and being active.
