David Dewitte, M.D., System Physician Leader, Women and Children

David Dewitte, M.D. is the system physician leader of Beaumont Health System's Women and Children Center of Excellence; chairman of Pediatrics at Beaumont Hospital, Troy; and associate professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Dr. Dewitt specializes in pediatrics and newborn medicine.

A graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Dewitt completed a residency in pediatrics at Indiana University Medical Center. His fellowship was in neonatal/perinatal medicine at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine.

He is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Pediatrics Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

He was named Hour Detroit magazine’s Top Docs for 2010 and 2011.
