Thank you for your interest in applying for CME credits.
To help you with your CME planning process and ensure the activity is planned in accordance with ACCME and AOA regulations, we have developed several forms and tools.
In order to allow enough time for planning, documentation and promotion of the activity, application materials must be submitted to the CME department according to the following schedule:
- Internal Course (for an internal Beaumont audience only)
6 weeks prior to the meeting date
- External Course (local, regional, national or international audience)
12 weeks prior to the meeting date
- Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds, tumor boards, M&M, etc.)
3 weeks prior to the first meeting in which CME credit will be offered
- Internet-based Courses (live/on-demand)
4 weeks prior to the expected release date
Please note, late submissions will result in an additional CME application rush fee.
An application must be submitted and approved by CME before any mention of CME credits can be made on marketing materials.
