Upcoming Events
Yoga/Meditation Classes - Now through - Mar. 29 
The Ministrelli Women's Heart Center and Dr. Kavitha Chinnaiyan, a Beaumont cardiologist and certified Cardiac Yoga instructor is offering FREE, bi-weekly yoga/mediation classes beginning Oct. 13 from 5 - 6 p.m. The classes will be held in Beaumont, Royal Oak's large cardiology auditorium. Everyone over 18 is welcome to attend.
No registration is required. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
Day of Dance - Feb. 25
Bring your friends and family to dance, learn simple ways to stay healthy, enjoy music and participate in health screenings. Admission is free. Registration is not required; just stop by any time on Saturday, Feb. 25 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to enjoy an afternoon of healthy fun. Grosse Pointe War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Drive, Grosse Pointe Farms.
Free Seminar on Weight Loss Surgery - Jan. 28 and March 17

The Gift of You - March 4, 11 and 18
An educational series for mothers and daughters. Join us for "The Gift of You," a three-part educational series for girls ages 12 - 15, each session will cover a different aspect of growing up. Each session will be at Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Pointe in the Connelly Auditorium. Registration is $15.
