Typically, you would come to the sleep lab several hours before bedtime. They are located at our centers in Macomb, St. Clair Shores or Berkely. The lab consists of a suite of rooms and includes a control room, several private sleeping rooms with a bathroom and a shower. The technologist sets you up and monitors the signals from an adjoining room to ensure a high quality recording. Within a few days a sleep physician reviews your study and a report is sent to your physician.
