Gentle Yoga

YogaYoga enhances physical and emotional wellness by combining gentle movement, simple poses and breathing techniques. Practicing yoga may reduce fatigue, increase strength and flexibility, decrease physical and emotional stress and contribute to a sense of inner peace. Postures will be modified to accommodate differing abilities and health needs.

Yoga is offered for a drop in rate of $10 per class, every Monday, 12 noon to 1 p.m. and Thursday, 11 to noon, in the First Floor Class Room in Royal Oak's Cancer Center.
