Senior Fitness Classes

Classes are designed with a blend of old and new exercises to help participants stay fit, healthy and independent. We also offer classes to help manage side effects of chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis, or regain strength needed for daily activities.

Personal Training

Stop stalling and take the next step! Let our personal trainers help you to get motivated, inspired and empowered! Learn to work out more effectively and get the results you've been looking for, whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or managing chronic pain. Our personal trainers will teach you how to workout properly to reduce your risks of injuries and most importantly, have fun working out!

The hourly rate for one person is $40. Small group prices available.


Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America for those over 50! It's a fun game played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. If you love tennis, ping pong or racquetball, you'll love Pickleball!
